This page was first saved as a word document as this ensures that the formatting is retained when it is then saved as an HTML document.

The page numbers to the right of the "Contents" page have been set up to link to documents named page1.html, page2.html, page3.html, etc. I can add more page links if you think that you will need them.

I will let you have a "Contents.dot" file to install in your Word Templates folder. Margaret will then only have to open a new document with it and then put brief page descriptions against each number. She will have to add or delete the hyphens after the description to line up the page numbers once again. Sorry Margaret, but it shouldn't be too much of a fiddle!

This document is in Arial 12 point. I have shown some variations in page2.html so that you can judged the appearance if different sizes and fonts.
